Anti-spam policy

1. How we deter unsolicited commercial communication

This anti-spam policy tells you, the Beneficiary, how, why and according to which standards we, VisaPro.ca, pledge to never use nor encourage unsolicited commercial email (spam). By visiting our Web site and/or contracting us for any professional service or product and/or submitting data to our attention through written, verbal or other means, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions of this anti-spam policy.

2. Our avowal against unsolicited commercial email (spam)

We, at VisaPro.ca, are fundamentally against unsolicited commercial email, also known as junk email or spam. We believe it is a plague for the Internet community and surely one of the biggest afflictions of the 21st century.

Sending spam may seem like a cheap and convenient way to amplify marketing efforts. Yet, honest businesses rarely employ this questionable marketing tool since nobody wishes to receive unsolicited junk mail. Spam is time consuming to sort, read and ultimately delete for both businesses and individuals, and because it is often sent out in thousands of copies to huge numbers of unwitting recipients, spam significantly contributes to Internet traffic and use of bandwidth.

We fully endorse and comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act), and all other applicable unsolicited commercial email laws.

We guarantee that if you subscribe to electronic newsletters or other types of communication from our Web site, you will always have an option to unsubscribe easily and instantly.

Moreover, information obtained from our Web site about us or other site users cannot be used by you or others to send unsolicited commercial emails or to send unsolicited commercial communications via our Web site or other communication systems.

3. This policy is part of our Terms and conditions of use

This policy is part of, and subject to, VisaPro.ca terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions of use are available on our Web site and on our  service contract form.
